Thunderstorms

Compared to a lot of places in the country, Colorado's summer weather is pretty mild, but sometimes summer's fury is displayed via violent hail storms.

Coming from the midwest, I miss a great thunderstorm. That said, there's nothing like watching a thunderstorm light up the sky over Grand Junction.

If you survived the brutally cold winter we're still trying to get over, then you know how powerful Mother Nature can be. Not that you needed it, but here's another reminder.
