In all the madness surrounding the New England Patriots and DeflateGate deflated footballs matter, one thing has been overlooked. What has been missed is how the scandal with underinflated footballs is affecting the fragile, beautiful psyche of New England quarterback Tom Brady heading into Super Bowl XLIX against the defending champion Seattle Seahawks.

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman held a news conference Tuesday. However, instead of it being about the regular Xs and Os of football, he took the opportunity to point out the hypocrisy of the NFL and its policies.

The Denver Broncos will win on Sunday if they can do just two things. For the past two weeks there has been a ton analyzing and speculation about the big game but the fact is I think the Broncos fate comes down to just two things.

As the clock ticks down to the biggest game of the year there is no doubt that Super Bowl fever is getting hot. Every where you look blue and orange seems to be taking over the landscape. Even at ESPN the fever is taking hold just look at the latest commercial.

Richard Sherman went off after the Seattle Seahawks win Sunday and now has been given the WWF treatment for his rant. Remember Mean Gene and the WWF back in the day? Mean Gene had the duty to interview the wrestlers so they could rant about how great they are and what they were going to do to their opponents.

First of all, congrats to the Denver Broncos for winning the 2014 AFC Championship and winning their 7th trip to the Super Bowl.  Oddsmakers have this one pretty evenly matched and promises to be a tight game with no clear cut favorites, yet.

Coming into the 2013 NFL season the expectations are mile high for the Denver Broncos. The window, which was small to start with, is getting smaller for Payton Manning. He will need to lead this team to a title in the next couple of seasons. I will say this Broncos team has all the pieces to the puzzle; they just have to put it together. The 2013 draft and the frenzy of free agency are in the book
