The Avalanche Sign a Former Flame as Stastny Heads to St. Louis
The Colorado Avalanche lost center Paul Stastny to St. Louis as free agency opened today but did sign a former Flames player to help out. When the free agent market opened up at 10am Mountain Time it only took about an hour for Paul Stastny to sign a four-year deal with the St. Louis Blues.
