If you're like me and your team didn't make it to the Big Game. No worries, there's something else cool to do this weekend.

Red Fox Cellars, a family-owned winery in western Colorado, will be hosting their 2ed annual “Super Barrel Tasting” this Saturday, February 4th. The event supports Delaney Donates, a local charity supporting families impacted by childhood cancer.

The second annual event is a follow-up to last year’s tasting which was held in celebration of the Denver Broncos’ trip to the Super Bowl. "The Broncos may not have made it to the follow-up this year,” says Red Fox Cellars owner, Sherrie Hamilton. “But we won’t let that get in the way of raising money for a great cause.”

This Saturday, February 4th, Red Fox Cellars opens its doors to their wine production facility in Palisade. In exchange for a donation, patrons will have the opportunity to taste several wines straight from the barrels they are aging in. It's a "sneak peek". These wines are not yet available to the public.

This is a unique opportunity to try wine in progress, see a little of the winemaking process right where it happens, and chat about wine with the owners,” says Red Fox Cellars marketing manager, Kelly Hamilton.

Donations of all amounts are welcome but the winery is asking for a minimum $10 donation to sample two wines from their popular line-up and $20 to add a tasting from their Bourbon barrel-aged Pommeau- a libation similar to port wine but made with apples instead of grapes.
