Sunshine Polishing Technology Is Coming To Grand Junction

Economic growth is the goal of every community. News of a new employer coming to town is always exciting. It's confirmed, Sunshine Polishing Technology is relocating to Grand Junction.

The Canadian based company reconditions ski lift gondola cabins to a "like new" condition. The company has worked with regional ski resorts in Telluride, Keystone, and Vail as well as Glenwood Caverns Adventures.

The Grand Junction City Council were able to pull together an incentive package sweet enough to lure the company from their current local in Eagle County. The deal included a two-acre tract of land off of Riverside Park Drive and tax credits.

After construction of a new facility, the company is excepted to add 11-15 jobs by the end of this summer.  Construction is scheduled to begin right away and predicted to add over a million dollars to the local economy.
