If you’re planning to attend, there’s one item that you need to know about. This year’s Sober Grad party is at a new location – Two Rivers Convention Center at 159 Main Street in Grand Junction.
Sober Grad is a non-profit organization sponsored by Taco Bell, Pepsi Cola, and other community partners. The event is coordinated through volunteer efforts of a board of directors and hundreds of community volunteers that include law enforcement officers, School District #51 administration/teachers, parents and others.
Sober Grad is considered a safe alcohol and drug free alternative graduation party for all local area high school juniors and seniors. Sophomores and freshmen (as well as out-of-town guests) can attend as well, but only as an invited guest of a high school junior and senior. Also, everyone who attends must be prepared to show their school I.D.
