Save Lives and Then Go See a Movie

The St. Mary's Regional Blood Center is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, December 27, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This is a one-day event, so don't let it pass you by.

The St. Mary's Blood Center is located at 750 Wellington Avenue, just east of the hospital. You can reach them at 970-298-2555.

I've donated at this location many times, and have never had to make an appointment. Start to finish, you're looking at a 30 minute investment. There's a little paperwork to fill out, and then you donate.

I think you'll find it to be a rewarding experience all the way around. The people are incredibly friendly, the location is convenient, and you get to save lives. Whereas this Tuesday is concerned, you'll also get a free movie ticket.
