Russian Residents Practice Crossing the Road the Wrong Way

Crossing the street is a pretty simple task, look both ways, if no cars are coming then it's safe to cross. It seems that in Russia the rules are different, look both ways and bolt out into traffic as soon as you see a car coming. Thanks for the dash-cams comrades!
