Ladies, if I have ever sent you a picture of my "naughty parts," and you have thought about using those as some sort of way to make me look like a fool to the world, think twice! Ok, I know you don't have anything like that from me, because I didn't send you any, but if anyone did, and you thought you had some sort of blackmail on them, you actually are thinking about committing a crime.

That is because starting tomorrow (July 1) online posting of intimate pictures or videos of former romantic partners as a form or revenge will carry criminal penalties in Colorado. The new "revenge porn" law makes it a misdemeanor to publish explicit images of someone without their consent, and the crimes will carry a fine of at least $10,000.
