The Downtown Farmer's Market is every Thursday from June 21 to September 13 in Grand Junction. I look forward to going every week and seeing you there.

While you're the Downtown Farmer's Market, you can make a trip up to the Sunset Terrace on the rooftop of the Avalon. The Farmer's Market always has lots of stuff to offer, like fun activities for kids and lots, and lots of great shopping.

Here's why you should go to the Downtown Farmer's Market this Thursday, the next Thursday and the Thursday after that.

    Music

There's live music every week at the Downtown Farmer's Market. Usually there are multiple bands playing in multiple locations, see the lineup here.

    Food Plus More Food

You can do your grocery shopping while you're at the Farmer's Market with all of the fresh produce, but that's not the only food there. There's also the food truck court at 7th and Main. Last week they had crepes and barbecue -- yum.

Your Favorite Radio Station Is There

    Goats...or Whatever

Last Thursday at the Downtown Farmer's Market I got to pet a goat. I've also seen people pretending to be mannequins, a group dancing activity for kids. It just goes to show, anything can happen at the Farmer's Market -- including goats, or whatever.
