President Trump has ruffled more than a few feathers since taking office in January, but his latest action of deciding to pull the U.S. out of the Paris Climate Accord has many speaking out against the decision. Among them is Prophets of Rage drummer Brad Wilk, who shared his thoughts in an Instagram post.

"Donald Trump pulling out of the Paris Climate Accord should be the ultimate wake up call for all of us, especially us living in the United States," says Wilk. "It shows a complete disregard of our children's future. No if's and's or but's about it."

He continues, "The evidence of climate change is as real as can be and we as a race can not ignore that we are responsible for its rapid advancement and can do things to slow down the ever growing enormous consequences. Trump is making a huge mistake. We need to get on board with creating new innovative ways of producing energy or suffer the consequences. It seems that Trump would wait until our costal cities are underwater before acknowledging we as a race have an adverse effect on the climate. Impeachment sounds better to me than extinction." The drummer concluded his thoughts with the hashtag: #ourchildrenslivesmatter. See his posting below.

Prophets of Rage as a whole included Trump in their latest artistic statement, the Michael Moore-directed video for "Unf--k the World." The clip debuted earlier this week, showcasing many of the atrocities and fears in the world before ending with the comment: “The world is not going to change. That’s up to you.” The song is featured on the band's upcoming self-titled disc which is due Sept. 15. You can watch the video below.
