Remember those days when MTV quit playing music, but VH1 still did? Well, those days are over, so instead of playing reruns of Pop Up Video, VH1 is going to air a new series called Naked Dating. And it is exactly what it sounds like.

Each episode will feature a man and a woman as they each date two different, and completely naked, suitors. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the series will explore the art of romance -- free of preconceived notions, stereotypes and, yes, clothing.

The show is going to take place in a remote exotic locale so normal, clothed people can go about their days without being interrupted by what are certain to be beautiful, naked people trying to get to know each other without starring at one another's private parts.

A premier date and host have not been named yet.

I sort of like the element of surprise myself, and I also don't like to pop a you-know-what for the whole world to see at the very beginning of my first date. I also don't like being judged on what I am packing before I get to show a chick what else I bring to the table. Therefore, when VH1 calls, I won't be answering, but to each his own!
