While one Colorado town makes snowball fights illegal, a Mesa County Sheriff's deputy joins a little boy for a snowball fight in a park.

Yesterday (Dec. 3), the Grand Valley saw its first snowfall. While school was still in session for high schoolers, middle school and elementary students had a day off. This was the opportune time to frolic in the snow.

Once MCSO deputy saw a little boy in the park, and stopped to have a quick snowball fight. You can see the deputy packing his snowball just right, waiting for his adversary to get in range.

Thanks to Paul Davenport for shooting this awesome video and sharing it with the Mesa County Sheriff's Department.
