Hurricane Sandy has killed, left millions without power, gave sharks an opportunity to swim the streets and has left damage in her wake. After the disaster not only is there the recovery from the disaster, but the crime it leaves behind as well.
Not only do natural disasters bring with them loss and damage from the disasters themselves, but also crime as well. The aftermath and chaos from a disaster provides criminals an opportunity, are they now taking to Twitter?
