How Would You Go About Taking a Dump at the Sochi Olympics? [PICTURE]

The 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics last 17 days if you count the opening ceremony... That is a long time to have to hold it! But after Greg Wyshynski (@Wyshynski), editor of Puck Daddy for Yahoo Sports, tweeted out the following photo I don't know what you are supposed to do! 

It was already bad enough when we found out Olympians are being forced to sleep in cots, and are going to have to share a two-toilet bathroom, but the fact that you have to wipe your ass and then not be able to dispose of the remnants makes me pretty proud that I won't be a medalist again this year!
