Lose the pretense and let's get to the heart of the matter. In the new Halestorm song "Unapologetic," vocalist Lzzy Hale is not up for the games, telling the object of her affections her little secrets while offering, "I'll take you as you are."

The track is the latest standout to emerge from the group's newly released Into the Wild Life album, and the song has the clap-along, stomp-along vibe that's certain to make it a live favorite. Add in some bluesy verses, a driving chorus and some wailing guitar and "Unapologetic" serves as a solid addition to the band's growing catalog. Take a listen above and let us know what you think of the track in the comments section below.

As stated, "Unapologetic" follows on the heels of "Apocalyptic," "Mayhem" and "Amen," all of which were previewed before the new album dropped. The band also trotted out the song "I Am the Fire" during shows ahead of the album release.

It's been a solid run so far for the Into the Wild Life album. Halestorm made chart history with "Apocalyptic" helping the band to become the first female-fronted rock act to have chart-topping singles from consecutive albums. "Unapologetic" is available with the Into the Wild Life deluxe edition, which is currently available in a variety of options at the band's online merch site.

And be sure to catch Halestorm on the road this spring with The Pretty Reckless. Dates can be found here. Finally, come on out to the inaugural Loudwire Music Festival from June 26-28 in Grand Junction, Colo. You can see Halestorm performing along the likes of Rob Zombie, Linkin Park, Weezer and more.
