Seeing My First Sights: Grand Mesa or Colorado National Monument

It's your new 95 Rock radio friend, Ray Michaels. This weekend will be my first full weekend in Grand Junction. I have a busy weekend already lined up. I've got rental properties to check out, laundry to do, and a couple hours to soak in some sun at my hotel pool. Most importantly, I'm saving Sunday afternoon to make my maiden drive through the local scenery. With time for only one, which should it be?

The Grand Mesa?

...or The Colorado National Monument?

I'm really looking forward to it! I'm sure both are breathtaking in their own way, and there is no wrong answer, but I need to know. What's your vote?
