Grand Junction Swimming Pools to Open the Week Before Memorial Day
The summer swim season usually starts Memorial Day weekend. This year, the pools around Grand Junction are getting an early start.
Actually, the pools are opening about the same date as they normally do, but with Memorial Day being on May 30, the summer swim season gets a start before the big holiday. Here are some days and times you can head to the pool this weekend.
Note: Schedules are open swim hours and are subject to change.
Opening Friday, May 20
- Splash Pad - 10 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
- Pool and Waterslide - 1:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
Opening Saturday, May 21
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday - 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday - 1 p.m. until 8 p.m.
- Sunday - 1 p.m. until 6 p.m.
- Monday through Friday - 11:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday - 10:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m.
- Sunday - Noon until 5:30 p.m.
Opening May 28
- Monday and Wednesday - 1 p.m. until 7 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday - 1 p.m. until 5:15 p.m.
- Saturday 10:30 a.m. until 6 p.m.
- Sunday - 1 p.m. until 6 p.m.
