Just like Winnie the Pooh said, "I wasn't going to eat it, I was just going to taste it."

A young bear in Glenwood Springs was caught on camera with a cheese ball container stuck on his head. We can't make this stuff up.

Many residents in Glenwood Springs spotted Pooh Bear roaming through the area. Many tried to call for help, but by the time wildlife officials made it to the scene, Pooh disappeared.

Jim Hawkins, the owner of Four Mile Creek Bed and Breakfast, lassoed the bear around the neck on Wednesday. After a bit of a tussle, the bear climbed up a tree where Hawkins tied the rope off so the bear couldn't get away.

A Carbondale District Wildlife officer made his way to Hawkins where he used shears to remove the container from the bear's head.

Hawkins was scratched by the bears claws, requiring stitches.

Wildlife officials warn residents not to interact with wildlife. But Hawkins' heart was in the right place.

The bear was given a reversal drug and released back to the wild.
