Futurama Intro in 3D

A Russian artist has redone the Futurama intro in killer 3D and all I can say is wow. I was pretty bummed when the news came out that Futurama had been given the axe of cancellation. I always thought the show was great but I guess all good things must come to an end at some point.

Artist Alexy Zakharov must really love the show, why else would he have taken the time to recreate such a killer rendition of the intro. Futurama was rescued in 2003 by Comedy Central when Fox cancelled the show so maybe this will inspire a full-blown movie?

That is my hope, I would love to see Futurama get the swan song that it deserves.
