Approximately 15 student stylists will be available to work one-on-one with individuals during scheduled appointments. Sign-up for this free service by calling the IntelliTec College Cosmetology Salon directly at (970) 241-3452 or Sherry Cole, Program Coordinator for GVPJ at (970) 243-0136.

First impressions matter, and potential employers are no different.

“It’s all about being part of a community by doing what we can, even if in a small way,” Cole shares. “We love that we can help people put their best foot forward, and if that leads them to job opportunities, even better!” she adds.

Grand Valley Peace & Justice organization was established in 1990 and provides an influential presence and promotes education, advocacy and networking among the disadvantaged and the homeless. Their purpose is to serve the common good of all in their communities by effectively creating and implementing projects and programs on a local, national and international level.
