Exclusive Mountain Club Coming to Western Colorado, Only 12 Get In

An exclusive mountain club coming to Western Colorado is so exclusive only 12 people are allowed to join.

The Cimarron Mountain Club is located on 2,000 acres on the north slope of the San Juan Mountains and is becoming an exclusive ski and snowboard mountain.

The mountain offers 60 trails that have been cut along a 2 1/2 mile ridge. Access to the ski terrain is by Snowcat or snowmobile only. In fact, a dozen homes that will be built there are accessible only by snowmobile.

Speaking of homes, the price range is $2.7 million to $3.8 million, with annual dues of $50,000, so membership into this exclusive club requires a thick wallet. By the way, upon closing, you do receive a brand new Polaris Ranger off-road utility vehicle. Oh, and the first four that sign up get a 20% discount!

And it's not just about the skiing and winter activities.

In addition to all types of skiing and snowboarding, there are numerous activities for the outdoor enthusiast year-round including trail running and hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, fly fishing, and hunting.
