Even More Construction Happening at 12th and Patterson

The new store just opened recently at the corner or 12th and Patterson. More retail space is being built on that lot now. What do you think should move in there?

Empty lots in Grand Junction are filling up around town with new construction like the empty lot on North Avenue. Once City Market opened, most of us felt that was it for that intersection at 12th Street and Patterson Road. We were all mistaken,

Driving down 12th the other day I noticed the telltale signs of a building project are now on the southwest corner of the lot. The area in fenced off, construction equipment is moving dirt, and signs are up telling us who is involved in the building project.
