There are companies in Denver that not only allow the use of marijuana, but encourage their employees to take marijuana breaks.

According to CNNFlowhub is one such business that encourages it's employees to get high at work.

The company provides software for the cannabis industry so it would come as no surprise that it is fully supportive of marijuana use.

One of the company's co-founders, Kyle Sherman, said it "helps our employees get work done," and it "surfaces new ideas and a fresh take on things."

Of course, weed is legal in Colorado, but you still can't smoke it in public. Apparently there isn't a law against consuming in public, so employees bring cannabis-laced edibles and beverages.

There are other companies in the Mile High City that encourage their employees to consume marijuana as well, including High There! and MassRoots. These two companies are social network platforms for cannabis users.

Could this be the tip of changing social standards? Will we see traditional companies, not tied to the cannabis industry, open up to the possibility of welcoming stoned employees? Is the entire state ultimately headed toward a Rocky Mountain High?
