No real surprise that a concert featuring two of the biggest bands in rock n' roll history turned out to be a great show, but it did! The second stop on Kiss and Def Leppard's summer tour landed in Denver at the Pepsi Center, and it didn't disappoint. 

What did I learn from going to the show? Happy you asked...

Def Leppard could be huge today. They still sound amazing, and bring more energy than most rock bands that are in their heyday. Honestly, they may be the best classic rock touring act on the road today.

Although KISS didn't perform some of their bigger hits like "Beth," Strutter," Dr. Love," and Hard Luck Woman," and choose to go a little deeper at times, there is no denying that they are the biggest spectacle in music. Going to a KISS show is more like going to a play than a concert, and 40 years into their career now, they are still a must see!
