Cool Ranch Doritos
The Seattle Police Department wants to get critical information about the state’s new marijuana laws out to the masses attending the city's annual Hempfest. Usually this is done through traditional means. You know, like pamphlets, the Internet, or newspapers. But the Seattle PD knows how to get the attention of the thousands of stoners that are going to be in their jurisdiction... Doritos!

Sgt. Sean Whitcomb says it's not just an effort to satisfy the munchies. The department has 1,000 bags affixed with labels urging people to check out a question-and-answer post on its website about Washington's law.

As many as 85,000 people per day are expected for the three-day festival. Executive director Vivian McPeak says the event is calling for reforms of federal marijuana laws.

But I do want to say that after watching the latest Doritos commercial, it may be more harmful if people are high on the chips rather than just a little weed!
