Colorado State Patrol Jolly Holiday Video Has Important Message

'Tis the season to be jolly and the Colorado State Patrol adds some holiday cheer to important information all Coloradans should know.

In addition to wishing residents a wonderful holiday season, we're reminded the men and women who protect and serve do so 24 hours a day seven days a week, including holidays.

So, while you're unwrapping gifts they're ensuring your safety and in the event there's an emergency they'll be there to help.

The Colorado State Patrol also knows this can be a difficult time of year for some and offers the numbers to Colorado Crisis Services and National Suicide Prevention Lifeline in the video.

In the true spirit of the Christmas holiday, this video gives us a lot to be thankful for including the comfort in knowing help, if needed, is there.
