Black Veil Brides have set a July 10 street date for their upcoming Alive and Burning concert DVD and there's now a trailer for the upcoming release. The disc, filmed last fall in the band's hometown of Los Angeles at the Wiltern Theater, is a career-spanning collection, including such older fan favorites as "Knives and Pens" and "Fallen Angels" as well as more recent hits like "Heart of Fire" and "Faithless."

The concert film was shot during the band's "Black Mass" tour and concludes with the band's biggest hit, "In the End." Casey Tebo, who helmed the Aerosmith documentary Rock for the Rising Sun, directed the upcoming concert release.

Vocalist Andy Biersack recently told Full Metal Jackie, "When you’re a young kid and go to a concert and see a big pyrotechnics or video screens, the reality behind how long that may take to get to that point both where it’s financially viable but also makes sense for you on a scalable ability to be able to tour with it, you don’t really think about that. We now are at a point, thankfully, that we can do a much more impressive and visual show and we felt that it was time to capture that with the DVD."

Meanwhile, in other news, Andy Biersack is using a break in the schedule to work on his next solo disc. Biersack, who records under the alter ego Andy Black while performing as a solo artist, says in a recent tweet that he's been back in the studio working on new material. He also offers a tentative late 2015/early 2016 street date for said disc.

Biersack has also revealed that he'll be hosting workshops for The Entertainment Institute this summer while on the Vans Warped Tour. For additional details on the workshops and to get tickets, check here.
