They say it is all about the context in which something is said, well if that is true then this is the best answer given on Family Feud of all time.

Family Feud has been on the air for some 40 years and many answers have been given on the show but I don't think Steve Harvey ever thought he would hear this one.

As far as answers go there isn't anything special about this one expect for the context in which it is placed. When asked to name something a doctor might take out of a person this lady didn't pause one moment.

She could of said a baby, a tumor or even a splinter any of those could have been on the list. No, She was the first to the buzzer and with no hesitation she says 'GERBIL'
