Animal Lovers Can Support Homeless Pets with Super Store Food Drive

Animal lovers are invited to help support the Roice-Hurst Humane Society by donating food and other needed items at their donation drive coming to the North Avenue Walmart June 7th through 9th.

Donation bins will be located in front of the store where shoppers can donate items for dogs and cats. Items needed for cats include cat litter, dry food, senior and weight-management formula food, and toys. The "wish list" for dogs consists of dog food, including senior and weight management formulas, durable chew toys, and pill pockets.

Representatives from Roice-Hurst Humane Society will have a booth at the store from 10 am to 2 pm on Friday, June 7th. A few adoptable pets from the shelter will be present selling Roice-Hurst merchandise and raffle tickets. A food wagon will also be on hand, donating proceeds to the shelter.

Support the pets from Roice-Hurst Humane Society and make plans to attend the food drive coming to the North Avenue Walmart starting Friday, June 7th, and running through Sunday, June 9th.
