It's that time of year. New Year's resolution time. This year resolve to keep that resolution to get in shape!

It's a challenge. I know. The older we get the harder it is to stay in shape. Our friends at Crossroads Fitness is making it much more convenient by offing more ways than every to get int the best shape of your life.

Crossroads Fitness is introducing their New Year Fitness Challenge – The Best You! This is a 6-week individual program designed to help members engage in healthy activities. Members are encouraged to participate by joining this free challenge. Earn points by exercising at the club, attending classes, training and club events.

By trying different activities, group exercise classes, racquetball, and training, you are able to find the workout routine you like the best! Free seminars such as nutritional talks and goal setting, will help jump-start the New Year! This year’s challenge also includes a weight loss component.

It's time. No more excuses. Yes, I'm talking to myself too. Registration for the challenge began this week. You may choose your challenge start date of either January 9th or January 23rd, 2017.
