Vinyasa Yoga is "...is a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting the body, mind, and breathe." CMU has different sessions, make sure to check out their schedule.

Crossoads Fitness has multiple different kinds of yoga - power yoga, easy does it yoga and body flow which a combination of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates.
