Terry Corso, guitarist for Alien Ant Farm, has entered a guilty plea to assault charges after punching a fan at a concert in Chester, U.K., according to the Chester Standard.

The incident occurred at the Live Rooms in Chester on Oct. 26. Corso's solicitor, Stephen Farris, told the Chester Leader that at a show a couple of nights prior, the band had urine thrown at singer Dryden Mitchell at a show in Preston and the band members stormed offstage.

He continues, "Then on the 26th in Chester Terry Corso had something thrown at him which he assumed was urine. He felt angry at that so he confronted the fan and ended up hitting him once. He regrets his actions and says he never should have jumped off the stage.”

Corso pleaded guilty to one count of assault and was given a 12 month conditional discharge, which means he will be able to enter the U.K. again in the future. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs and compensation of 100 pounds (approximately $120) to the victim.

Alien Ant Farm wrap up their U.K. tour Nov. 6 in Oxford. Their latest album Always and Forever was released in 2015.
