If you are hosting a football party this weekend here is a simple meatball sandwich to serve.

What you will need:

A crock-pot

One bag of those frozen meatballs

Two jars of spaghetti sauce (I like the tomato and basil)

Three packs of hotdog buns

A bag of shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend

Put the meatballs in the crock-pot, pour in both jars of sauce and add one cup of water. Depending on how long you have before you eat put the crock-pot on low or high. I like to start this in the morning so the meatballs draw in a little flavor. Once the meatballs are hot dish them out on the hotdog buns but don’t put too much sauce on them it makes the bread sloppy. Add the cheese, if you like your cheese melted just pop them in the oven at 400 degrees for a few minutes and enjoy the games.
